Minutes of the Trustees, 1945-1979; a charter; photocopy of amendment to charter, 1950; treasurer's annual reports, 1950-1965; administrative letters, 1957-1958. Also, five scrapbooks of news clippings concerning historic value of Bowne House and events sponsored by the Society, 1945-1980; booklets about Bowne House and Quakers in Flushing, 1937-1975; guest books, 1947-1966. Collection includes color photographs and slides of interior of Bowne House and of special events such as teas given for Bowne descendants. Some of these photographs are identified and some have corresponding negatives, 1977-1984. Negatives of volunteer tour guides dressed in period clothing, n.d. Also, descriptive inventory of antiques in Bowne House and genealogical tree of the Bowne and Parsons families, who lived in and owned the house.
